Nowadays, the learning and knowledge management topics are key organizational pillars for action. The ways both are worked and the degree of importance attributed to them dictates the level of performance of the organization and the degree of differentiation obtained in the market. We intend to evaluate this phenomenon and build a tool to introduce the lessons learned and enhance the management with corporate knowledge. The work environment, the relationship between employees, the kind of leadership, the technology available, the organizational culture, among other factors, are examined in this questionnaire, seeking to identify the specific nature and relative importance of each factor, in order to properly construct the online platform, as well as promoting the sustainable development of the organizational knowledge.
